SHIPPING

Shipping charges are a flat fee of $6.50.  FREE shipping with your purchase of $100 or more!  Packages are shipped USPS Priority Mail, within the U.S.  International orders will be shipped USPS First Class.  All orders will arrive boxed with ♥.

 Free shipping will automatically display in your shopping cart upon checkout for qualifying orders.

If purchasing as a gift please specify a specific wish you may want sent with your gift.  Otherwise a generic wish will be sent as follows: "This gift was sent with love from {your name}."  Please specify in the comment area when ordering.


RETURNS

Foxy Lulu wants to guarantee your total satisfaction with your purchase.  If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your unworn item within 14 days of purchase.  Custom orders are not available for return. 

Please send a request through the contact form for approval before returning.  All items must be unworn with original tags and be returned in it's original packaging.  Return shipping charges will be at the expense of the purchaser.  Insurance may also be purchased when shipped, as Foxy Lulu can not be held responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen when mailed.  


JEWELRY  WEAR & CARE

All Foxy Lulu jewelry is hand created with only the finest of components.  All crystals used are genuine Swarovski crystals.  Please note that each piece is lovingly and carefully handcrafted by the designer herself, therefore guarantying a unique and original item.

Always remove jewelry before showering or swimming.  Prolonged sun exposure may cause acrylic to fade.  Please treat your jewelry with care.  Do not throw in the bottom of your purse as cameos and acrylic may scratch.

You may clean your jewelry with a dry cloth to keep it looking it's best.  Silver may be cleaned with silver cleaner to prevent from tarnishing.  Never apply any cleaning agents to cameos or crystals.

Foxy Lulu offers wholesale to all boutiques worldwide.  The Foxy Lulu collection can be viewed at the Atmosphere Showroom in Los Angeles CA.  To request wholesale information please inquire through the contact form or contact my rep directly for a showroom appointment.
